Peppermint Bark

Makes 6 small servings

Ingredients

☁️ 1 ½ cups vegan chocolate chips

☁️ ½ cup Peppermint Dandies

☁️ 2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies

☁️ Pinch of coarse salt


Instructions

Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Then, in a mixing bowl, place chocolate chips, heat mixture in microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until the chips are melted completely, and mixture is smooth. Make sure not to overheat the chocolate.

Spread chocolate into roughly an 8x11-inch rectangle, then quickly sprinkle the marshmallows, peppermint candy and salt over the top. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to harden, then cut bark into smaller triangles and serve. If saving for later, store in a bag or container in the refrigerator.
