Pumpkin Spice Hot Cocoa Mix

Makes roughly 1 ½ cups of mix

Ingredients

☁️ 9-ounce bag of frozen vegan chocolate chips

☁️ 1 cup cocoa powder

☁️ ½ cup powdered sugar, or more if you like your cocoa on the sweeter side

☁️ 3 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice mix

☁️ 1 tablespoon corn starch

☁️ 5-ounce bag of Pumpkin Dandies or 5-ounces of Dandies Mini Marshmallows⁠


Instructions

Place chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and cornstarch in a food processor equipped with an s-blade. Pulse mixture until chocolate chips are broken down into fine pieces, like a coarse sand. Divide between three 8 to 12-ounce jars, then top each with Pumpkin Dandies.

Once ready to make a serving of hot cocoa, bring 1 1/2 cups of non-dairy milk to a boil over medium heat, add 3-4 tablespoons of mix and whisk together. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, or until mix is completely dissolved. Taste as you go, if you like your cocoa on the sweeter side add 2-3 teaspoons of additional mix. Top with Pumpkin Dandies and enjoy!
