- 1 cup Dandies Pumpkin Mini Marshmallows or Dandies Vanilla Mini Marshmallows
- 1 cup Cascadian Farms Organic Multi Grain Squares
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate covered espresso beans
- 2 Tbsp melted vegan margarine
- 2 Tbsp cane sugar
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground clove
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a bowl mix together walnuts, pumpkin seeds, wheat chex, spices, sugar and melted butter. Spread mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. In a mixing bowl combine dark chocolate espresso beans, pumpkin seed mixture, and pumpkin mini marshmallows. Keep sealed in an airtight container for up to a month.
